With a background in civil litigation, Naina has for many years specialised in the field of Personal Injury.
She has handled literally thousands of cases, from relatively small claims to those valued in excess of £500,000.
Naina's hands-on, friendly approach combined with her tough negotiation skills, help her to achieve the right result for each client. She is also able to advise clients in respect of various funding arrangements available to clients, to include “No win - No fee” (also known as Conditional Fee Agreements), legal expenses insurance both BTE (Before the Event) and ATE (After the Event).
